Step into the vibrant energy of Beltane with a soul-nourishing Day Retreat at Anam Cara Retreat Centre, Inverness. This is your invitation to raise your vibration, awaken your inner fire, reconnect with nature, and embrace the turning of the seasons through high-frequency healing, meditation, crystals, sacred ceremonies and immerse yourself in the power of the Beltane fire as we gather round the log burner for the day.

*Beltane Fire Meditation & Crystal Healing: Guided by the warmth of Beltane’s sacred fire energy, we will journey inward through a deeply restorative meditation, connecting to our own inner flame—the spark of life, passion, and purpose within. This meditation will help you: Release what no longer serves you, Ignite your desires and intentions for the season ahead and Align with the high-vibrational energy of Beltane for renewal and transformation.
After our meditation, I will facilitate a crystal healing session, working with high-frequency crystals that amplify the energy of Beltane—such as Carnelian for passion, Citrine for abundance, and Clear Quartz for clarity. The vibrations of these powerful crystals will support: emotional and energetic balance, manifestation of your dreams and desires and a deeper connection to the cycles of nature and the elements
*Flower Crown & Nature Connection Workshop: You will be guided in creating your own handmade flower crown with fresh seasonal flowers and natural greenery—a symbol of fertility, abundance, and the divine union of earth and sky. As you weave your crown, you will infuse it with your unique energy, intentions, and gratitude for nature’s blessings. Weather permitting we will hold a barefoot meditation in nature to absorb the rising energy of the earth and to ground deeply.

*Fully Catered Lunch: Enjoy a delicious seasonal plant based lunch to nourish body & soul.

*Sound Bath: Allow the healing sounds to wash over you and unblock your Chakras from root to crown and tonight your inner fire aligning your personal frequency with the season’s rising energy.

*Sacred Beltane Cacao Ceremony: As a trained Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, I will lead you on a deep journey to connect with your heart and the energy of renewal, as we honour the fire of transformation that Beltane brings. This ancient plant medicine has been used for centuries to expand the heart, deepen spiritual connection, and invite in love, joy, and creative flow.
*Integration & Reflection: We will conclude the day with time to integrate our experiences, share insights, journal and explore Oracle Cards giving guidance for the summer ahead.
