Join Donna Grant for a deeply nourishing day retreat as we honor Alban Eilir, the Spring Equinox—a powerful time of balance, renewal, and awakening.
As day and night stand equal, we are invited to reflect on our own inner balance, fertility, and potential. This is a time of planting seeds—both physically and spiritually—for the dreams, intentions, and transformations we wish to cultivate in the coming months.
A Journey of Renewal & Intention
Through meditation, ritual, movement, and sacred inner work, we will explore:

✨ What is withered and ready to be released?
✨ Where am I fertile, and what seeds am I ready to plant?
✨ Where do I need clarity, and is it time to act?
This retreat is an invitation to honor the changing season within yourself—to step into renewal, clarity, and alignment with the rhythms of nature.

• Welcome & introduction to the circle
• Opening the Four Directions
• Alban Eilir teachings – the significance of the Spring Equinox
• Setting personal intentions for the season ahead
🌿 10:30 AM | Grounding & Calling in the Sacred
• Guided meditation to connect with the energies of Cernunnos, the life force of nature
• Journaling & reflection
• Intentional walk in nature – finding an object for your personal altar
🍃 11:30 AM | Sowing the Seeds of Transformation
• Meditation & seed blessing – calling in abundance & growth
• Planting ritual – setting intentions for the year ahead
🥗 1:00 PM | Nourishing Lunch & Rest
🔥 2:00 PM | Awakening the Inner Fire
• Inner wisdom session – reflecting on where we seek clarity & purpose
• Facing fears & ancestral healing practice
• Journaling prompts & guided inner work
🌀 3:30 PM | Sacred Movement & Release
• Dance with the energy of Cernunnos – stepping into our vitality & personal power
• Releasing what no longer serves through movement & intention
🔮 4:30 PM | Closing Ceremony
• Crystal singing bowls meditation – deep integration & renewal
• Sealing our intentions for the months ahead
