Go Mental 2026: Mental Health Festival
About this Event
Some days feel heavier than others. Sometimes that feeling has a name: burnout, anxiety, low mood, loneliness or overwhelm.
Sometimes it is harder to explain, and you simply know something doesn't feel right.
Go Mental was created to make those conversations easier.
Taking place at the Science Museum in London on Saturday 10th of October 2026, Go Mental is the UK’s first mental wellbeing festival. It brings together experts, practitioners, speakers and people with lived experience for a full day of honest conversation, practical learning and connection.
Rosie Millen founded the event after experiencing burnout. After collapsing from stress and years of recovery, she focused on understanding how to help people protect their mental wellbeing before reaching a breaking point.
Go Mental grew from her story and her desire to share useful info, credible voices, and a supportive community. Throughout the day, you'll hear from experts, participate in practical sessions, and explore mental wellbeing in a space that's open, helpful, and human.
