Glow Within – A Self-Love Yoga & Journaling Workshop

If you are feeling overwhelmed, or just looking for time to reconnect with yourself, this workshop is an invitation to slow down and inspire your inner glow through a nourishing afternoon of movement, reflection, and connection.

Join us at Suffolk Yoga for 2 hours of a gentle yoga and journaling in a women-only space designed to support softness, self-care, and connection.

Come pause, breathe and gently realign - so you leave calm, centred and clearer than when you arrived. No prior yoga or journaling experience is needed.

• Comfortable clothing to move in
• A journal & pen (or use one provided)

Additional Details

• Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time to give yourself time to settle into the space. Kindly note that doors will close at 3:15 pm to honour the experience for all guests - late entry won’t be possible.
• Photography: We might be taking photos and videos to post on social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let me know in advance or during the event, and we will ensure your preferences are respected.

I’m Iva, a qualified yoga teacher and the founder of She Glows Yoga.

For me yoga is my way to reset my inner peace and nourish my body and mind. By teaching, I aim to convey this through my classes, creating a relaxing atmosphere that gently guides people intro presence, intention, mindfulness, and positive energy, allowing time to reconnect with themselves.

She Glows is shaping as a community, offering space where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, but also inspire and uplift one another, especially in the big city. It's a space for connection, joy, and transformation, both on and off the mat.

This Glow From Within workshop is an extension of that intention - a quiet, supportive space to breathe, move, and reflect together.
