Children's Sewing - Water Bottle Bag
About this Event
Come and join us and make a water bottle holder together with your child.
We will teach you:
- Follow a simple pattern
- Attach fusible fleece interfacing
- Follow a seam allowance
- Turn through a bag
- Attach a strap
You will feel comfortable using a machine, so that together we can make a fun Bag by the end of the class.
This class is designed to help you gain the confidence you need to continue your sewing journey once you get home. Learning some of the basic rules of sewing will give you the best start to help you flourish in your new hobby.
Each ticket covers the use of ONE sewing machine and ONE set of materials for the class. If adults would like to make their own project (not just supervise) another ticket must be purchased. Fabrics may differ from those shown in the photos.
All children aged between 8 - 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will be responsible for their behaviour and safety during the class. Children aged 16-17 do not need an accompanying adult.
