Step into a deeply restorative experience designed to support your nervous system, cellular health, and overall sense of calm.
Join Jessica for Glow and Restore, a 60-minute Sound Healing & Red Light Therapy experience that combines two powerful yet gentle modalities to help you rest more deeply than you might on your own.
Each participant will recline comfortably on a provided red light therapy mat, receiving individual light exposure while being immersed in a soothing sound bath.
Red light therapy is known for its ability to support cellular regeneration, circulation, and relaxation by delivering specific wavelengths of light directly to the body.
When paired with sound healing with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, and other calming instruments, the two modalities help calm the mental chatter and guide the body toward a parasympathetic, or restful state. You can expect a profoundly grounding experience that invites your entire system to downshift and recharge.
No experience is required. Attendees may choose to wear t-shirts and shorts to receive the most benefit from the red light therapy.
