In this three hour workshop, you’ll learn:
- How to reduce existing muscle tension and improve range of motion with gentle yoga postures.
- How to build good posture step by step with simple, comfortable strengthening techniques.
- How to use good ergonomics when you’re using a computer, sitting in a car, and sleeping in your bed.
- How to develop healthy posture muscle memory in your daily activities.
You’ll also receive my Therapeutic Yoga for Healthy Posture Home Practice Plan so you can continue improving and maintaining your good posture in about 15 minutes per day.
