Design Your Next Move in 2026 is a series of three workshops designed for Professionals who want to make a change to their professional path (inside their current organization or outside of it!) in a supportive environment. Join us for interactive sessions, insightful discussions, and practical tips to help you intentionally choose a new direction.

Session 1: Get Unstuck — Thurs, April 16. 11-12:30 CDT

Identify what’s draining vs. energizing—and what’s no longer working.
Start seeing your life with clarity instead of overwhelm.

Design three possible versions of your future—beyond the “safe” path.
Reconnect with what you actually want. Share with the class and get feedback.

Turn ideas into small, real-life experiments you can test immediately.
Move forward with confidence and momentum. Get support and accountability from the class.
