Glasshouse Pilates

Join me every Sunday at 8 AM in the beautiful Glasshouse at Ravenscourt Park for a dynamic mat Pilates sessiondesigned to strengthen, lengthen, and restore your body. My classes focus on breath, mind-to-muscle connection, and slow, controlled movements, blending traditional Joseph Pilates techniques with a modern fusion.

Each 50-minute session includes:
Full-body Pilates flow to build strength and flexibility
Guided breathwork & 5-minute meditation for mental clarity
A warm herbal tea to unwind and connect after class
