About this Event

Elevate is Phoenix's first and original aerial yoga studio — a welcoming community and safe space for everyBODY and anyONE. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or have never touched a mat, their team will meet you where you are.

Come connect with fellow Glamazon members, try something new with aerial hammock-style yoga, and enjoy a fun, supportive environment where you'll be cheered on every step of the way. All ability levels welcome — just bring yourself and an open mind.

Parking:

To make sure you get to class on time (without that last-minute sprint), here’s what we need from you:

✓ Leave extra time to find parking—it’s worth it to avoid the stress!
✓ Think beyond the garage—seriously, there are so many other options!
✓ Check out our handy-dandy parking map (below)—your future self will thank you.

✓ Know where you’re headed—double-check your class location in the app or your email and be sure to enter through the right door. (No one wants to be that person trying to Kool-Aid Man through the wrong entrance.)
