Our Girls Only Parkour Course has been created to provide a welcoming, supportive and encouraging environment where girls can challenge themselves, make new friends and discover what they're truly capable of.
Whether you've never tried parkour before or already have experience, our qualified coaches will help you develop at your own pace in a relaxed, pressure-free atmosphere.
Parkour isn't just about flips—it's about building confidence, resilience, strength and believing in yourself.
✨ During the course you'll:
• Learn exciting parkour skills
• Build confidence and coordination
• Improve strength and fitness
• Meet like-minded girls
• Challenge yourself in a supportive environment
• Have loads of fun!

🕒 Time: 3:00pm–4:00pm
📍 Location: Spiral Freerun HQ, Harpur Centre, Bedford
💜 No experience is needed—just come along ready to have fun and give it your best!
Tickets cost £45 for all 3 sessions.
