Established in 2024, The Heavy Metal Syndicate brought together a group of bands and like-minded individuals to create a festival celebrating the very best of local Rock & Metal at Bedford Esquires.
Following two successful years, HMS Festival returns in 2026—bigger, louder, and better than ever. Across two days, the festival will once again showcase some of the finest local Rock & Metal acts alongside exciting talent from further afield.
