TIPS FOR CLASS:
1) If you look good, you'll feel good! Standing in front of a mirror for an hour can feel daunting. Whatever you choose to wear to class, make sure you feel comfortable and sexy! A little goes a long way.
2) Wear the right heel. For a beginner's heels class, I recommend wearing a heel that is thick, has ankle support, and is 3 inches or less.
3) Heels are optional. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and sexy. If wearing heels creates anxiety or you want to work your way up, no problemo! This is YOUR class.
4) Bring some friends! A familiar face always takes the pressure off when you are new.
5) Don't take yourself too seriously. Dance should be fun! The space I create is always supportive and free spirited. Let's giggle and be silly, we deserve a good time.
