Join us for a fun-filled evening of cooking, laughter, and connection at the Girls' Gourmet Escape in Paris cooking course! Begin your evening with a refreshing virgin Kir royal, a bubbly non-alcoholic cocktail with a touch of crème de cassis, and a delicate blini topped with trout ribbons and crème fraîche.
For the entrée, dive into the creamy decadence of burrata e pomodorini, a delightful combination of burrata cheese, blanched tomatoes, and basil, served with rosemary flatbread. The star of the evening, tagliatea di manso, features perfectly sliced beef fillet on a bed of arugula and sweet cherry tomatoes, paired with crispy cubed potatoes, garnished with shallots and parsley. End the perfect night on a sweet note with a luscious mousse au chocolat, a rich yet airy chocolate dessert, beautifully complemented by seasonal berries.
