Traditional Indian Sweetmeats! The year has run away with us and I somehow thought we woukd have more time but this past weekend was particularly warm I love the warm weather but it means we will have to move up our last Sweetmeat and Confectionery class of 2025! Running our classes at the 2012 pricing when I launched this little curry shop and cooking school! 6 spots available - R1195 per person. Normal price R1895.
Join me a sweetmeat demonstration and learn to make Banana Puri or Khaja puri, Chana Magaj, Gulab Jamun, Almond Burfee and Coconut and Almond Poli.
The course includes recipes, notes and a box of decadent treats prepared during the class. The class is followed by a sit down meal.
