Join us on a culinary journey through the sun-kissed flavours of Greece with our Vitality HealthyFood Studio Gourmet Greek Food course. Indulge in a warm welcome with Paros beef gyros (slow-cooked meat stuffed in pita bread with tzatziki), accompanied by the refreshing notes of Mykonos soumada (the drink of happiness). Then elevate your cooking skills as you learn to make Greek baked white fish for starters, Santorini souvlaki (marinated meat grilled on a skewer) and baby marrow fritters for mains, plus more. And for the sweet finale, learn how to make Skiathos baklava for dessert.
