The Wichita, Sedgwick County Girl Scouts have given over one million service hours to Old Cowtown Museum — on Saturday, September 13, we invite everyone to come celebrate and honor them!
Old Cowtown will be teeming with activity, showcasing the Girl Scouts' activities for these 67 years. Enjoy a full day of fun, including:
• Living-history demonstrations (found from the Murdock house to the Farm)
• Live 1870s Music
• Entre Nous Victorian Dancers (teaching everyone a special dance)
• Wagon rides (free)
• Dime novel-style gunfight skits (laughs & good fun)
• Dancing girls (Yeehaw…enjoy a Can-Can show)
• Vendors for both shopping and getting some good eats
• Lemonade & Iced Tea in 75th Anniversary Old Cowtown Commemorative Sports Bottles
• Girl Scout Circle
• An Old Cowtown Girl Scout Museum
• Also, a Vintage Base Ball Game
• Plus, the Inter-Tribal Wichita Warrior Pow-Wow out in the field between town and the farm rolls into action late in the afternoon!

HWCI is reserving the Southern Hotel as a hospitality room for these Legacy Girl Scouts to check in, sign the historical register, meet up with friends, and grab refreshments.
