A RISE Girl Confidence Experience
RISE Girl Mentoring and Coaching invites girls to The Girl Code Session #1, a confidence building workshop designed to help girls grow in self esteem, practice self love, and develop healthy coping skills in a supportive and empowering space.
This interactive, hands on session will encourage girls to discover who they are, use their voice, and build confidence from the inside out.
During this workshop, girls will enjoy:
- Affirmations and guided discussions
- Breathing and calming activities
- A creative “All About Me” project
- Snacks and more
