Gift of Stillness and Gratitude Sound Bath Experience

As we approach the holiday season, The Gift of Stillness and Gratitude invites you to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a space of peace, presence, and heartfelt appreciation.

Join Unity Church on Greenville Avenue in partnership with The Love Affect for an immersive Sound Bath Experience designed to encourage deep relaxation, restore inner balance, and open the heart to gratitude.

Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, and the human voice, you'll be guided into a restorative experience where the body can soften, the mind can settle, and the heart can reconnect with the beauty of the present moment.

Gratitude isn't about pretending everything is perfect. It's about finding appreciation even within life's imperfections, recognizing what sustains us, and remembering that peace doesn't have to wait until everything falls into place.
