You can choose to do a CSX - CorePower Strength X ( Upper Body) with the amazing intructor Angel Escareno which is a high intensity strength training class with a dose of mindfulness and no added heat. In just 45 transformative minutes, you will do weight circuit, cardio, and breathwork focused sequences that target specific muscle groups, boost metabolism, and train your mind.

You can choose to do a C2 - CorePower Yoga 2 with the talented Brittany Scalise and turn your stress into sweat. This signature class strengthens, balances, and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath. Set to an energizing playlist, you'll power up your practice like never before.
