Get Crafty: Crafting Your Intentions for 2026

Start 2026 with focus and intention in this creative workshop. You’ll choose a guiding word or intention word to inspire your year ahead and explore it through paper folding and mixed media art materials. By the end, you’ll have a personal, visual “map” of your word — a mindful, playful tool to revisit throughout the year. Step into the new year with intention, creativity, and a renewed sense of focus.

This workshop is suitable for adults. No prior art experience is needed.

Cost: $8.50

Age: Adults 16+

Equipment: All materials and equipment will be provided.

About the Facilitator:

This workshop is facilitated by local artist Mary-Helen Daly. She is a qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist & Counsellor who helps people reclaim joy in their daily lives through creativity.
