Join us for Geometric Movement Method at the Move with Joy studio, every Monday at 10:30am as well as Thursdays at 10am. Geometric Movement Method is a strength and mobility workout that uses methods from ballet, yoga and Pilates to increase overall wellbeing, strength, mobility and flexibility!
We incorporate barre work, kettle bells, and mat work to give each participant and a well rounded full body workout that varies weekly, keeping your body and mind ready for growth and expansion in your every day life, staying mobile through the years!
Class is $10 to drop in. Cash, Cash app or Venmo accepted. Equipment provided.
