In person or zoom with chair option.Jaeda’s gentle yoga classes interweave her classical yoga training in India with modern western yoga practices. She strives to honor yoga’s roots while integrating newer practices and acknowledging the current context in which we are living. Slow-paced classes include movement, work with the breath, rest, and meditation. Jaeda offers multiple options for each pose, as well as guidance on using props, to allow students to find the optimal practice for their bodies. [email protected]
