Sonic Meditation with Lily French

Come together to find, strengthen, and share your unique tone while intentionally creating positive vibrations for yourself and for our community.
Lily French, an Alchemical Sound Healer practicing since 2003, will facilitate the sonic meditation. Basics in the practice of vocal toning will be covered, then we will cycle through two rounds of intentional toning – first for our own healing and then for the healing of others. Group toning will last up to 45 minutes with an additional 15 minutes for silence, journaling and optional reflection.
