Come play with imagination through movement. In this 60 minute, ecstatic dance inspired class you will be invited into a moving meditation of dance with curiosity, expression, and exploration of sound. This class is mostly self guided, similar to ecstatic dance. Optional to bring a journal to reflect in a post class circle.
