Carrie Arlah

Co-founder of Breath+Oneness, Carrie Arlah has been teaching yoga and leading trainings for over a decade. She is passionate about whole-being health and healing our relationships with self and others including plants, animals, and planet. She loves combining the ancient potent practice of yoga with other healing modalities including breathwork, sound bath, and song.

Wayne Marto

In 2022 Wayne shifted his focus from the corporate world to stepping fully into his purpose (dharma) as a Gong Master and developing his offerings within his company Beneficial Sound. Wayne comes from an extended family of musicians and has studied the gong extensively. Having performed over 800 Gong Meditations since 2015, he has developed an authentic style of playing, infused with passion and intention, that promotes deep relaxation and transformation.
