These practices help regulate to reduce the effects of everyday stresses. This supports a feeling of calmness and groundedness. There are many benefits from this practice, including a greater sense of well-being, better sleep, and feeling more centred and balanced.
My approach is kind, friendly and playful with an emphasis on kind awareness of our bodies as they are in the moment. My intention is for you to leave the practice feeling kinder towards yourself, calmer in body and mind.
