🧘♀️✨ I’m launching a brand new Gentle Flow Yoga class on Saturday mornings from September 13th — and to celebrate (and because it’s my birthday on August 5th 🎉), I’m giving away free spots in the launch class on September 6th!🌿 This class is perfect if you’re looking for a slower, softer way to move and reset — no pressure, no peak poses, just mindful flow and deep rest.
