Join us every Tuesday morning in an ever-changing gallery setting for gentle yoga! Yoga is a practice designed for relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-reflection.
Come breathe with us as we restore the body and mind in a one-hour session from 9 to 10 a.m. Asanas are all-level, and beginners are welcome. Participants can choose to use a mat or a chair.
$8 donation suggested; a portion of every donation supports CAM’s Museum School Scholarship program for adults and youth.
