New Year Sound Bath

Join us in person to welcome the new year with soothing sounds and good vibes! This sound bath session is the perfect way to relax, recharge, and set positive intentions for the year ahead. Bring your comfy mat and settle in as calming tones wash over you. Come as you are and let the magic of sound work its wonders! Each participant will receive a thoughtfully curated wellness gift to support relaxation and integration after the sound bath. The gift includes a grounding crystal, a calming essential oil sample, a hand-crafted item made with intention, and an affirmation card for reflection. These elements are meant to extend the experience beyond the session, offering gentle support for rest, clarity, and self-care.
