We’ll begin with a guided workshop and group coaching session exploring how stress impacts the mind and body. During the workshop you will learn practical HeartMath® tools to help you move through life with greater ease and balance.
Then we’ll transition into the salt cave for a Women’s Circle, an intimate blend of gentle movement, heart-centered reflection, and meaningful connection.
