In this 1 hour 30mins class we will begin with a gentle flowing yang yoga practice with Suzanne .
Suzanne will lead you through a energetic , gentle but fun sequence with a yang focus , Yang yoga is a practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. We will finish this part of the class with some backbends and to increase energy levels .
Suzanne will then lead you through a 30 mins deep restorative & guided relaxation including an optional essential oil experience to finish .
