Registration is open for Gentle Stretch for Mobility & Meditation through Rosemount Parks & Rec senior programming, and it’s a beautiful way to move your body, relax your mind, and take time for yourself.
This class is perfect if you want to:
✔️ Improve flexibility and mobility
✔️ Feel less tight and more at ease in your body
✔️ Reduce stress and calm your mind
Everything is done on the mat or in a chair, so there’s no standing required, and I offer options for every level so you can go at your own pace.
It’s a welcoming, supportive group and such a nice way to build consistency with movement.
And if someone came to mind while reading this… feel free to pass it along. It might be exactly what they’ve been needing.
