Free Outdoor Yoga in Central Park

This gentle, all-level yoga class is led by Lori Kampa, a seasoned and certified yoga instructor who specializes in creating a welcoming environment for everyone to explore the practice of yoga.

Bring a yoga mat, towel/ blanket (for under your mat), water and sunglasses. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up near the bandshell pavilion in Central Park. We often welcome over 50 students for this class, so please arrive early to secure your spot. There is free parking. Central Park is near scenic walking trails, and indoor restrooms are available. Park near the city offices. Enjoy scenic walking trails and indoor restrooms.
