All welcome - no experience needed - suitable for all fitness levels
GENTLE Nia - 1 hour class of Mindful movement for all bodies, ages and abilities. Floor play section of class is danced in a chair.
First class is on Wed 11th Feb 2026. 7 week Term 1
Classes run during NZ School terms (no classes in school holidays).
Casual drop-in rate $20 per class
Pay for the whole term in advance $119 ($17 per class)
TWO Classes per week $30 ($15 per class)
