All welcome - no experience needed - suitable for all fitness levels
Classic Nia - 1 hour class of Mindful movement for all bodies, ages and abilities. There is Floor Play in this class please bring a yoga mat with you. Chairs are available for seated class option.
First class is on Sat 14th Feb 2026. 7 week Term 1
Classes run during NZ School terms (no classes in school holidays).
Casual drop-in rate $20 per class
Pay for the whole term in advance $119 ($17 per class)
TWO Classes per week $30 ($15 per class)
