Amy will begin with a gentle vinyasa yoga flow, combining breath with movement. The focus of the practice being on centring and grounding back into ourselves. Allowing you the opportunity to feel present, as we transition then into a soothing sound bath with Polly.
Taking you on a journey where you will experience the Healing frequencies as your body is bought back in tune of health and well being.
Our bodies has the ability to soak up and harmonise with different vibrations, and in sound therapy, traditional instruments are used,such as Gong, Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls ect,to entrain our brainwaves into a stable frequency, calming the nervous system and bringing it into alignment.
Sound Healing has proven benefits of boosting your immune system, finding balance and peace and experiencing optimal health.
