A nourishing practice to help you feel refreshed, balanced and a little more you!
Join me every Monday at 9AM for a relaxing yoga session to gently ease into your day and start the week feeling calm and balanced.
Whether you're looking for a slow, mindful start or just fancy a stretch and some deep breaths, this class is a lovely mix of movement and relaxation.
A friendly, welcoming space, suitable for all abilities and ages.
Just bring your mat (let me know if you need one), a bottle of water and wear something comfy that lets you move freely.
