What to Expect

Somatic Movement & Nervous System Reset
We begin with gentle, embodied practices to soften tension, release stagnation, and bring your nervous system back into balance. A slow unwinding that reconnects you with your inner rhythms and natural vitality.

Deep Rest & Guided Meditation
Sink into spacious rest as you’re guided through meditation inspired by Imbolc’s themes of renewal, purification, and illumination. A chance to reset deeply and listen to the quiet wisdom within.

Hearty Shared Lunch
Nourish yourself with a warm, communal meal prepared with care. A moment to connect, share stories, and enjoy simple seasonal abundance.

Forest Walk & Nature Gathering
After lunch, we step outdoors for a mindful walk through the winter woods, collecting natural offerings—twigs, leaves, moss, stones—to co-create a nature altar symbolising rebirth, intention, and gratitude.

Fire Pit Ceremony
As daylight fades, we gather around the fire to release the remnants of winter heaviness and welcome returning light. Through symbolic offerings and intentional breath, we chase away the darkness and call in hope, clarity, and new beginnings.

Shamanic Drumming Journey
We close with the rhythmic pulse of shamanic drumming—an ancient, heart-deep practice to guide you inward, awaken intuition, and seal your intentions for the season ahead.
