The General level workshops are suitable for those who have some yoga experience and are looking to deepen their understanding to establish good practice foundations. These workshops will not be so suitable for complete beginners and those who are new to the Iyengar method.
Su Unn has been teaching yoga since 2011 and has honed her teaching skills over the years from her practice understanding. This is a great opportunity for students to work beyond their regular classes and gain insights to how they can further their yoga practice.

Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 to 10:30 am and 1:00 to 3:00 pm
Total of 9 hours per General Level Yoga Workshop, full attendance is required.

Yeoh Su Unn started practising yoga in 2007 and has been teaching since 2011.
She is passionate about the yoga practice and is fully invested in the rigour of the practice. The effects of the yoga practice, on her, have been profound and has become something that truly nourish and nurture her entire being.
Su Unn has been studying with senior Iyengar Yoga teacher, Peter Thomson, since 2008 and is enrolled in a continuing teachers development program with Peter. She is a certified Level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher.
素恩从2007年开始练习瑜伽。2008年遇见资深艾扬格导师Peter Thomson并开始在他的指导下受训。
对于素恩，瑜伽不只是单单练习体式，而是如何保持体式的真理而从中发觉自己的潜能。
素恩是艾扬格瑜伽Level 2教师。
