Yin Yoga - Gateway to meditation

Join us for a practice that guides the body into the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing rejuvenation and deep healing to take place. Leave the class feeling grounded, calmed and revitalised, lessening the mind-chatter and stressfulness of everyday life.

Every Tuesday, 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm for 10 sessions.

Note:-

No class on 31/3/26

Bring your own yoga mat and come in loose comfy clothes.

All will be hybrid sessions.
