Gather & Grow - Movie Night

Join the next Gather and Grow workshop on May 13th for a watch party of the documentary The M Factor 2: Before the Pause.

Throughout the year, each seasonal Gather and Grow workshop will provide meaningful opportunities to pause, reflect, and invest in both personal well-being and intentional connection with others. Together we’ll explore practical tools and engage in uplifting and thought-provoking experiences designed to help you thrive in every stage of life – mind, body, and spirit. Join us and discover the power of gathering and growing in community.

The 1-hour documentary on menopause research will begin at 6:00 pm and will conclude with a thoughtful discussion afterwards. Feel free to bring your own treats or dinner.
