About this Event
đż Heart-Centered Calming Breathwork: Nervous System Reset & Inner Connection đż
Join us for a gentle, heart-centered breathwork experience designed to support nervous system regulation, deepen self-connection, and create space for all parts of you to be welcomedâjust as they are.
This is a grounding and restorative gathering where we slow down together, soften the pace, and reconnect with the body in a safe and supported way. Drawing from an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed lens, this space honors the many parts within usâwhether they feel calm, anxious, guarded, open, or unsure.
Through guided breathwork, meditation, and grounding practices, youâll be invited to listen inwardly, build capacity for presence, and access a sense of inner steadiness and compassion.
There will also be gentle opportunities to connect with others, fostering a sense of shared humanity and community care âalways with choice and consent at the center.
Lucia, the event faciliator, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor - depending on your extended health benefits, your insurance might reimburse you for the event. Please check in with your insurance provider as the organizer is not able to confirm this.

No prior experience is neededâthis practice meets you exactly where you are.
đ¤ Group Norms (Co-Creating a Safe Space):
- All parts are welcome. You are invited to show up as you are, without needing to fix or change anything.
- Choice & autonomy. You are always in control of your level of participation. You can opt in or out of any exercise.
- Confidentiality. What is shared in the space stays in the space.
- Non-judgment. We practice meeting ourselves and others with curiosity and compassion.
- No fixing or advising. When others share, we listen without trying to solve or change their experience.
- Consent in connection. Any partner or group interaction is always optional and guided with clear consent.
đ§ What to Bring:
- A yoga mat, pillow or something comfortable to lie on
- A blanket or layers for warmth
- Eye mask for breathwork (optional)
- Water
- Pen and journal
- Anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported
