About this Event
Join us as a vendor at Gateway Grind, a community fitness festival hosted by Ready 2 Live Wellness and dedicated to getting people moving, bringing families together, and showcasing healthy, active ways to have fun.
Timeline:
- 7am - Vendor setup
- 9am - 2pm Vendor Village and Festival
- 3pm - Fight or Fright - Fight Night (vendors welcome)
- 5pm - ??? - Halloween party
Vendor Options/Requirements:
Free Vendor Signup if donating to one of the following
- Kids Activity Sponsor – Provide and staff a kid-friendly activity for 30 minutes or at your booth
- Kids Giveaway Sponsor – Provide 100–150 free giveaway items for children
- Food Drive Partner – Donate or collect approximately $125+ in nonperishable food
- Raffle Donation – Donate a product or service valued at $150+
- Grand Prize Sponsor – Donate a larger prize or package valued at $250+
- Fitness Challenge Sponsor – Host a simple fitness challenge and provide prizes
- Youth Competition Sponsor – Provide prizes for kids or youth activities
- Hydration/Snack Sponsor – Provide water, drinks, fruit, snacks, or similar items
- Swag Bag Sponsor – Provide 150+ promotional or useful giveaway items
- Volunteer Sponsor – Provide 3–5 staff or volunteers to assist with the event
- Equipment/Activity Sponsor – Provide games, inflatables, sports equipment, obstacles, or other activities
- Fundraising Match Sponsor – Match raffle or donation proceeds up to $125+
- Open to other ideas for community engagement giveaways
$125 Base fee if no Donation
Gateway Grind will feature fitness events, youth and family activities, wellness experiences, local businesses, food, entertainment, and community organizations throughout the Ready 2 Live Wellness campus.
We’re looking for vendors, small businesses, wellness providers, food and beverage partners, nonprofits, and community organizations that want to connect with local families, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts.
Vendor spaces are a great opportunity to showcase your products or services, engage directly with attendees, and be part of a high-energy community event focused on fitness, wellness, and connection.
