Aerobic & Positive Motivation Fitness – Where Fitness Meets Fun!
This isn’t your typical fitness class, we make working out FUN!
Our dynamic sessions blend Pilates, Yoga, Cardio, MMA, HIIT, Self-Defense, Core Work, and more! Designed for all ages and fitness levels, this class is perfect for beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts alike.
More than just a workout, we focus on boosting positive vibes and self-image because fitness is about feeling strong, confident, and empowered!
Join us every Tuesday at 6 PM at Grand Vue Park’s Main Office/Banquet Hall. Weather permitting, we’ll take the energy outdoors!
Come move, sweat, and love your amazing self with us!
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Cost: $8 per class or $60 for a 10 class pass
Location: The banquet hall at GVP (sign in at the main office)
Ages: 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult
Registration: No pre-registration necessary. Just sign up and pay at the main office upon arrival.
**Please bring water, yoga mat, and a sweat towel!
