Want to dive a little deeper into different aspects of yoga? Join me for an impactful immersive weekend in January to discover more about this beautiful practice, which is simply a journey of self-exploration.
5 classes that are designed to take you through the layers of yourself - each composed of asana (poses), breathwork, meditation, stillness and philosophy. Unique sequencing, breakdown of postures to understand how they can work for you all told through elemental and chakra theory.

My intention is that this immersive weekend awakens you to the benefits of yoga, as you'll know if you've attended any of my classes, it's never just about the poses. But we use the poses, the body, as the way in and from there we awaken to our true selves and find ourselves on a path. This path invites us to live more intentionally, more compassionately, more accepting and more loving.
No experience necessary, just an interest in yoga :)
