Come join us for a fantastic day out exploring the beautiful Cairngorms! This in person event will take place near Aviemore, a stunning location with breathtaking views. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just starting out, this walk is perfect for all levels. Meeting location and kit list will be provided once booking is confirmed and booking form/disclaimer have been received.

What to expect?
The Meall a' Bhuachaille circuit route gives a great day out with views of the Northern Corries and out over Strathspey. The walk has everything that there is to like about the Cairngorms area. Starting with walking through the impressive Scot's Pines to An Lochan Uaine. This Lochan is also known as the fairy Loch. We will then head to Ryvoan Bothy, and then up Meall a' Bhuachaille. At 810 metres high Meall a' Bhuachaillle is classed as a Corbett and is a fantastic vantage point with sweeping views for miles in every direction.

Who is this event for?

This is a great event for beginners looking to get outdoors and learn about the cairngorms. Join a group of like minded people for the day. No experience required but you must have a good level of fitness.

This is a chance for you to experience the beauty of the Cairngorms. This walk ticks all of the boxes for cairngorm sightseeing. We will take a leisurely pace, lots of opportunities for photos and snack breaks!

Payment Terms

Full payment is due a minimum of 5 days prior to the start of an event/activity.

In the event that a booking is cancelled by the booking party the following refunds will be available:

21 days or more prior to the start of the booking = 100%

20 days - 14 days prior to the start of the booking = 50%

13 days – 8 days prior to the start of the booking = 20%

<7 days prior to the start of the booking = no refund

We have a 48 hour cooling off period (48 hours immediately after booking) where you will be able to cancel your booking for a full refund.

When unforeseen circumstances cause an event/activity to be cancelled (e.g. weather, Instructor injury/poor health), an alternative date will be offered. If this is not satisfactory then a refund will be issued. *If it is deemed unsafe by the instructor, the event/activity will not commence*

No accountability is taken or implied for any subsidiary costs such as fuel and accommodation etc. if a booking is cancelled.

All medical conditions must be declared on the booking form prior to the start of an event/activity. Events/activities can be tailored to fit most conditions, however if a medical condition is withheld from the booking form, this could lead to the event/activity being cancelled with no refund issued.

The booking party must arrive sober and correctly equipped for the event/activity which they have booked. If these conditions are not met to a satisfactory standard the event/activity may be cancelled with no refund.
