Wolf Moon Sound Bath – JanuaryJoin us for the first Full Moon of the year
As the Wolf Moon rises, we gather under the light of January’s Full Moon to pause, release, and reset.
This is a space to let go of the rush and residue of the festive season, to soften the nervous system, and to gently release anything that no longer needs to walk with you into the year ahead.
Through a deeply restorative sound bath, you’ll be guided to:
• Release stress, tension, and energetic clutter
• Clear what’s been weighing you down
• Ground yourself as you fully step into 2026 with clarity and intention
The Wolf Moon is a time of instinct, inner strength, and remembering who you are beneath the noise. Come as you are. Rest. Receive. Reclaim your rhythm.

✨ Just bring yourself and an open heart
We can be found at the front of the hop farm next to the round green building.
Free parking in the large front car park.
Please bring warm comfy clothing, water and fluffy socks are a must.
You do not need a mat as anti gravity chairs are provided.
This session won’t be suitable if you:
• Are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy
• Have epilepsy
• Have a heart condition, a pacemaker, or find sound overwhelming
• Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Have a mental health condition or are taking medication that hasn’t been approved by your GP
