Full Moon Release Breathwork

House of Now is a sacred space for connection, ritual, healing and empowerment

This is a conscious connected breathwork session suitable for beginner and experienced breathers. This is not a relaxing, mediative or yogic breathwork but a deeply somatic practice using breath, sound and movement to meet parts of ourselves we may sometimes supress. The intention of the practice is not to trigger emotions, but when we slow down, connect and breathe deeper, naturally, we may meet the emotion (energy/charge) we have previously held in and down with our breath. During this session we will work with the powerful energies of the full moon which offer a perfect opportuinity to let go and release.

If you are new to breathwork, please check the contraindications below and get in touch prior to booking if you have any questions. There will be a short explanation of how to breathe and what you can expect before we start the practice.
