Join us for a deeply restorative sonic journey that blends the power of the human voice with the ancient resonance of the gong. Guided by opera-trained vocalist and sound healer Michelle Crozier, and holistic sound creatrix Lizi Sage, this immersive experience begins with chakra-focused vocal toning—using the voice as a tool to awaken, align, and clear the energy centres. Through gentle guidance, you’ll explore sound as vibration, expression, and release, allowing your body to soften and your energy to open.
The evening then flows into a transformative gong bath, where layers of harmonic frequencies wash through the body, inviting deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and emotional unwinding. Together, the practices create a full-spectrum journey that reconnects you with your breath, your body, and your inner rhythm.
Whether you are new to sound healing or looking to deepen your practice, this unique collaboration offers a powerful opportunity to tune in, let go, and realign with your natural state of balance and presence.
